About the Speakers

Andrea Greer

Andrea is the owner and founder of Nurturing Relationships.

She has a Masters of Social Welfare with distinction, endorsed in Mental Health Practice from the University of Otago (NZ) and is also a certified Synergetic Play Therapist.

Andrea developed a model from her master's research called the

'Trauma Responsive Care Model. Andrea's clinical model was rolled out nationally in all the residential group homes in 2015 by Oranga Tamariki, also known as the Ministry for Children which is the government department in New Zealand responsible for the well-being of children, specifically children at risk of harm, youth offenders and children of the state.

Andrea has delivered over 100 training sessions to schools and organisations on understanding the effects of trauma on the brain, body & nervous system and practical strategies to support the healing of trauma.

Andrea has over 16 years practice-based experience working with children & youth within New Zealand. She has experience working with parents and children with neurodiverse needs using play therapy. She has also delivered workshops to support workplace organisations and teams create a trauma responsive culture and environment that supports mental wellbeing for staff.

Most importantly, Andrea is a mum to two girls and together with her husband, they live on a farm in the South Island of New Zealand.

Mark & Sue Lim

Mark Lim is Director of The Social Quotient. He is currently involved in family life, mental wellness, special needs and workplace wellness work as a marriage mentor and counsellor.

Sue Lim is Principal Consultant of The Social Quotient. She is skilled in the Yoshimoto Orton-Gillingham Approach and is certified to teach students with dyslexia.

Mark and Sue are professional trainers, counsellors and teachers with more than 20 years of experience in the education and youth sectors. They were special needs consultants with the Ministry of Education, and have trained educators and students in more than 70 organisations across the country.

Mark and Sue have 2 forever children, and they have been fostering 4 children over the past 5 years. Mark has been involved with workplace wellness as a corporate trainer as well as an in-house company counsellor. He regular conducts talks on workplace wellness.

Jolene Huang

Jolene Huang is an established HR practitioner with a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Murdoch University. With more than 20 years of experience spanning across various industries, she is skilled in Talent Management, Total Rewards Design, Business Partnering, People Management and Employee Engagement. Jolene is currently the Chief Talent Officer with the Publicis Group, overseeing the Singapore & Southeast Asian markets.

Harry Loh

Harry Loh is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from London Business School, majoring in Finance and Strategic studies. He has held key finance cum management positions in various multinational corporations in Singapore (Singapore Telecoms), Vietnam (Mobile Telephone Centre) and London (Singapore Technologies), after an initial stint in Price Waterhouse.

Harry has successfully set up and managed the Innovare Group, rendering Human Resources Management services in the Asia Pacific region.

In 2022, he exited the business and is now focused on paying it forward by mentoring others and helping the underprivileged via BridgeLife, a social enterprise that aspires to bring hope to the needy who are constrained by the lack of resources.
